SOFTWARE FOR GLASS
In the unlikely event that Glass Office doesn’t cater for all of your glass processing needs, you can create your own user defined fields with the Projects option. These are shown on a separate panel on each job.
The types of fields you can create are –
- Free text (like project name)
- Date (like when the project is likely to start)
- Value (like estimated project value)
- Pop up list of predefined options (like architect, surveyor, fitting team, etc)
- Memo field (like the on-screen notes with time and date stamp)
You could also have a tick box (eg sample supplied), or time of a meeting
These are only examples, it’s important to emphasise that these fields can be used however you like to customise our software to suit your business.
All these fields can be printed and reported on and filtered on within Glass Office.
